Diagnose
A structured audit traces your revenue chain or performance pattern to the earliest broken link. Every constraint falls into one of three types on the doing layer:

Execution gap

Internal friction

Internal friction (a psychological pattern distorting execution) is handled upstream, using The Realignment Process before the audit runs.

Remove
If the constraint is mechanics, execution, or capacity — we fix it directly. If the constraint is internal friction, the work goes deeper. Internal friction follows a specific cascade: distorted definitions → beliefs → identity modes → behaviour. The Realignment Process works in five steps:

Release

Settle the nervous system so the pattern can be examined without being defended. Somatic first, cognitive second.

Reveal

Surface the specific definition driving the behaviour. Trace it to its origin. Meet the unmet need.

Realign

Correct the distorted definition. Not positive thinking, precise structural correction confirmed somatically.

Reinforce

A Freedom Rep: one specific behavioural action matched to the identity mode. Identity upgrades through conduct, not affirmation. The rep IS the Reinforce move.

Execute
One focused sprint to move the specific driver that was stuck. Clear metric, committed reps, timebox. At review: did the data meet the success signal? If yes, re-audit for the next bottleneck. If no, the failure signal routes to a specific corrective action. The loop continues: Diagnose → Sprint → Review → Re-audit → Repeat.
