I created The Realignment Method because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant people stuck at plateaus that had nothing to do with strategy, talent, or effort, and everything to do with invisible internal patterns that were distorting their execution at the exact moment it mattered most.
Most approaches to these patterns work at the level of understanding. Therapy helps you see the pattern. Coaching gives you accountability. Mindset work gives you affirmations. And still, the pattern persists.
That's because the block is held in two places that insight alone can't reach: the nervous system (which encoded it as a threat) and the identity (which is organised around it). My method addresses both: somatic first, cognitive second, proved through behaviour not affirmation.
