SESSION 2

Phase 2 — Clear it

We remove the constraint the audit found. If it's internal friction, we resolve it using a structured clinical process. If it's a mechanics gap, execution issue, or capacity constraint, we fix it directly. Phase 2 is complete when the constraint is cleared — not when a session number is reached.

SESSION 3

Phase 3 — Move it

Session 5 is sprint design: one bottleneck, one metric, committed reps, timebox. Sessions 6–8 are execution and review. Sprint review feeds back into a fresh audit — find the next bottleneck, design the next sprint. The loop continues.
