With a background in psychiatry, neuroscience, education, and performance psychology, she bridges deep clinical insight with high-impact coaching. Her approach is strategic, compassionate, and grounded in lasting personal transformation.

Sev Ulgu
Realignment Specialist

Sev is an experienced psychotherapist who works at the intersection of emotional insight and practical support. She has supported children, teens, adults, and families—including neurodivergent clients and those facing complex emotional struggles.


Through The Realignment Method™, she helps clients move beyond surface symptoms to address root patterns with clarity and care.

Fatima Tahseen

With a background in education from the University of Oxford and experience working across global contexts, Fatima brings both strategy and empathy to every family journey.

She specialises in tailored education pathways and long-term planning—ensuring each family gets the clarity, structure, and support they need to thrive.

Educational Psychologist & Realignment Mentor

Louise is a Consultant Educational Psychologist with over a decade of international experience and a doctorate from the Institute of Education, University of London.


She offers expert psychological consultation, assessment, and mentoring—helping clients understand how they learn, grow, and perform best. Her approach is strengths-based, solution-focused, and deeply attuned to individual potential.
